Amie's Review of Love Me Always by Michelle Lynn ~ BLOG TOUR ~ EXCERPT ~ GIVEAWAY ~

BLURB:

Sadie Miller and Brady Carson began their journey together two years ago. Now, after most of their friends have married, it’s finally their turn to say I do.

Sadie and her bridezilla nature have made the Miller/Carson wedding the event of the year. The cake, the caterer, and the flowers are all crossed off her list. But she soon realizes she can’t hide the guilt from her actions years before behind the façade of a big wedding. And if she wants her groom waiting at the end of the aisle, she needs to be honest with him.

Brady has always been the patient one. He’s the father figure and sensible one of the group. But the fears of failing at marriage still run deep within him. A week before the girl he lives for takes his name, a surprise shows up on his doorstep, and his neatly organized life is thrown off-kilter.

Once again, Sadie and Brady are tested by the ghosts of their pasts. However, this time they must come together if they plan on living happily ever after.

EXCERPT:

I stand and swing my keys around my finger. An internal debate weighs inside of me on whether I should leave or not. “I’m going to head out.”
Trey swings his arm around my neck and puts me in a headlock. “Nah, we’re going to the park.” His knuckles rub along my skull.
“I’d rather leave.”
“I’d rather get laid every night, but those days are long gone.” Trey, Grant and Rob laugh. Paige hits Rob in the stomach and he pulls her closer to him. They’re still in that happily-ever-after phase. When you don’t see your relationship as anything but perfect. I miss those times.

REVIEW:

AMIE'S 4 STAR REVIEW !!

FINALLY - the couple that started it all is going to have their BIG DAY - or will they ??

Wedding planning has made Sadie into something else , Brady is questioning things and then Sadie realizes things are not going as smoothly as she thought. Their past demons have haunted them for years and even still they want to pop up and ruin the big day. Brady and Sadie have to put in some work and talk things out so they can get back to where they need to be, thankfully the love is there , they just need a little revamping. To remember how it all began and why , don't we all need that !! I did enjoy their bit of chaos , I knew they would be fine , it was funny to see them scrambling to give each other what they both wanted. There are some pretty big revelations that come about and you have to wonder how they will handle it all. I enjoyed being part of another life changing event for the Invisibles Family and I hate to think it is over for their stories...

The epilogue was perfect and I loved everyone having a little bit about how far they have come and what they are doing. It was a great quick read to tie up a wonderful series. Love Michelle , she is so easy to read and I know I will always enjoy her work.

AUTHOR BIO:

USA Today Bestselling author, Michelle Lynn moved around the Midwest most of her life, transferring from school to school before settling down in the outskirts of Chicago ten years ago, where she now resides with her husband and two kids.  She developed a love of reading at a young age, which helped lay the foundation for her passion to write.   With the encouragement of her family, she finally sat down and wrote one of the many stories that have been floating around in her head. When she isn’t reading or writing, she can be found playing with her kids, talking to her mom on the phone, or hanging out with her family and friends.  But after chasing around twin preschoolers all day, she always cherishes her relaxation time after putting the kids to bed.
