AMIE'S 4 STAR REVIEW
So many reasons that I couldn't resist signing on to review this !! I never say no to a rocker story , the cover model and also this being the cover model's debut I had to know more !! I was hooked from the start and I enjoyed the story and was left in shock at the end and I NEED to know more. The story flowed well and I honestly never would have known it was co-written. I love dual POV and especially when it is male POV.
Diesel was your typical rockstar manwhore. 3 of the band members were single and loving it only 1 was in a relationship and able to avoid the temptation. Living at the lake house for the summer is always great, they write , record and have a no chick zone. BUT Xander has his step sister coming to stay there and although she is forbidden and seems a bit odd this poses the perfect challenge for Diesel. Living close quarters and sharing a bathroom with the forbidden fruit is exciting and dangerous. A definite recipe for disaster of the hot and sexy kind !! Diesel may think he is all about getting in Lourdes' pants BUT it doesn't take him long to realize he is more interested in all of her. She is troubled and we want to know why , Diesel seems to have some kind of secret as well. The band is well on their way to a record deal and tour but will Diesel's new found relationship with Lourdes make or break the band ?? When secrets come out who will be the first to run ??
This book is full of steam and I loved the chemistry between Lourdes and Diesel. There is no denying the drama factor and of course who knows where it plans to go but I do hope to get more and also more from the other band members. Great start to a series.

S.R. Watson is a Texas native who resides in Houston with her four children. She is an operating room nurse who has evolved into an author of Erotica and New Adult. She grew up reading the Sweet Valley Series (Twins, High, & University) among others. Back then she would use notebook paper to create stories and cut pictures out of her mother's JC Penney catalogs for the characters she wanted to portray. She ventured away from reading and writing stories when she left home for college to pursue her BSN and then MBA, but picked up reading again in 2012. Her love for the stories written by her favorite indie authors made her decide to pursue own dreams of writing. Her Forbidden Trilogy was her debut release.
