AMIE'S 5 STAR REVIEW
It may be 3 years since Tristan was kidnapped and Bernard was dealt with BUT the trouble is far from over. Long lost family returning to town , new murders and a list of suspects that all have solid alibis ?? Brace yourself for this roller coaster ride full of mystery and suspense. Who is really doing the killing and will they be caught in time or will their pile of pictures and dates prove true ?? I have the chills just thinking of it all. Addison does such a great job with the mystery, her writing tends to give you enough to form your own speculations yet not enough to be 100% convinced. Again I enjoyed the bond that has been formed with this gang- The Morrow's and their extended family are such a great group of people I was on the edge of my seat at times fearing the worst yet hoping for the best. I couldn't help but feel for the O'Mara's , their family suffered so much 20 years ago and now when they should be happy to have one of their own back after all that time they suffer yet another hit. I want to say my mind was at ease by the end of the story - that this town and these families will finally be at peace but man I think I am feeling unsettled still !! Those tunnels and that mine - WOW talk about having my claustrophobia kick in - I was breathing heavy and feeling closed in. Addison is great at setting the scene and making you feel her writing. I am always intrigued by her writing and look forward to anything else she throws our way in the future !!
