Tease Me is the second book in the Temptation duet and should be read after book one as it picks up right where book one left off. This book is just as steamy if not more than the first one and has the misbehaving Jase finally realizing that Chloe is the one for him but he just needs to convince her of it now.

Chloe is absolutely heartbroken after she finds out some secrets and wants nothing to do with Jase. So after Max successfully wins her back she is once again planning her wedding to the billionaire. Jase is one determined Brit and makes it his mission to get his girl and goes out of his way to prove it to her. Just when things start to get back on track someone from Chloe's past shows up to mess up everything once again.

Jase knows he messed up and is willing to do what he has to do to prove to Chloe she is all that he wants. Jase has never been on this end of the spectrum and knows he has got his work cut out for him if he is going to win Chloe back once and for all. This dirty talking alpha falling for the good girl with the penchant for kink is something he never saw coming but she is exactly what he has always needed.

So glad to have Roxy Sloane's books back on my reading list again. This book was a quick, dirty and fun read that had me guessing as to what would happen next. Hopefully we see more of this couple in the future :)

Tempt Me is book one of the Temptation duet by Roxy Sloane. Jase Banner is a private investigator that has a rather jaded view of women having had investigated all types of cheating spouses/significant others over the years. Jase is hired to investigate someone that is turning out to be a good person and that has never happened until now. This book does end in a cliffhanger and it is extremely steamy so readers beware.

Chloe Archer is a ballerina turned real-estate agent recently relocated from Chicago. Seemingly out of nowhere she runs into her own version of Prince Charming - Maxwell Mainwaring. Chloe has a whirlwind romance with Max and is engaged to the billionaire. They have a innocent relationship with Max not wanting them to consummate their relationship until they are indeed married. Chloe having had a rough past thinks Max is a safe bet as a life partner, but a man she met at a open house keeps popping up and getting under her skin.

Jase Banner is an arrogant, handsome, sexy Brit that was hired to find out all the dirt on Chloe but the more he gets to know her the more he likes her. Jase has seen everything when it comes to infidelity and thinks everyone has skeletons in their closets but when he realizes she is clean he is hired to create those. Jase wants something he can't have and that doesn't happen to him but once she learns the truth he will really be wondering what to do next.

Can't wait to see what happens next with these two :)

Hey there! I'm Maegan and I am also a book whore... Seriously, I'm pretty sure I should be in some sort of rehab for this. Book Whore's Anonymous or something! I have a huge list of book boyfriends and it seems I find a new one every time I read. (Which, unfortunately, isn't very often anymore.) Well, I was a huge reader. From childhood, I loved the escape of reading. Being the middle of three kids, I was always the quiet one. While my older brother and younger sister fought for attention, I curled up in my room with a book. After high school, I fell out of reading as much. Life just became different, as it does for all of us. Then I went to college in my mid-twenties and who had time to read anything but school texts between classes and two jobs. I was also an assistant Girl Scout leader for my young cousins troop. The leader had been telling me for months that I needed to read Twilight. There was so much hype surrounding those books (The first movie had just come out on DVD at the time) and I refused over and over. Finally, we were at camp one weekend and it was the first time that the girls were officially in charge of everything. From rotating teams in the kitchen to clean up, the girls did it all and we were bored out of our minds. Finally, a van full of us went into the nearest town and raided a Wal Mart for books and cards to play games. The leader talked me into buying Twilight. I started it that afternoon and couldn't put it down. I stayed up til lights out and could barely sleep because I wanted to keep reading. The best part was, the girls were so excited. They were all running up to me all day asking me what part I was at. Their excitement fueled my own. That is what got me excited about reading again. The story was good, I enjoyed it, but the passion for reading was really brought back through the eyes of sixteen twelve-year-olds who loved sharing something they enjoyed with me. Maybe that's why I love sharing what I enjoy now!

Give me something with a well-defined storyline, add some suspense (or spice), and I am a happy reader. Give me a happily ever after, and I am downright giddy.

I started reading at a ridiculously early age and have never really stopped. Growing up, I of course complained about the required reading but secretly loved the happily ever afters as opposed to the tragedies. While everyone else was blowing off the Lit classes in high school I looked forward to them. Then the real world stepped in and reading was not so fun anymore between work/school/family obligations it fell by the wayside. My wonderful "techie" hubby bought me the first generation Sony e-reader for Christmas one year and the rest is pretty much history. I have gone through three Sony e-readers and two kindles since then and read books from every genre under the sun. I am the only girl in a house full of boys that know undoubtedly that all women (including me) should be treated like a princess. It still makes me laugh that my love affair with books started with Frog and Toad not 50 shades.
