Amie's Review of The Wright Mistake by K.A. Linde ~ REVIEW TOUR ~

A new stand alone enemies-to-lovers romance by USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde...

I spent six weeks screwing Austin Wright’s brains out and all I got was this broken heart.

He can’t be trusted. Not with my body or my heart. Yet, two years have passed and I still crave him like an addict needing a fix.

The last time we tried this, it nearly ruined me. I know I should run and never look back. But his dark haunted eyes and razor blade smile speak to my soul. His touch sets my body on fire. And we all know what happens when you light gasoline. Someone is bound to get burned.

A second chance might destroy us both.

Because everyone knows two wrongs don’t make a Wright.

AMIE'S 5 STAR REVIEW

As much as I have enjoyed getting to know the Wright family I have to say this story was the most touching and emotional yet. I think I recall some not being a fan of Austin because of his drinking and behavior during the other stories but I knew he would give us a great story. Not to mention finally getting to know Julia . This story involves many touchy issues such as abuse , alcoholism and death but they are written well and you can feel the pain and emotion of the characters. It is easy to relate to them because their pain is so real and sadly many of these things are common in everyday life. It is a bit of a second chance romance filled with hope and love. This family has something really special and I hope that we get the girls stories to because the Wright men may be amazing but Morgan and Sutton seem to have found a way into my heart and I really want them to have their happiness too.

Julia and Austin tried and failed a couple years ago but have remained in each others lives since she works in HR for his family company. On the verge of some major changes at the company it becomes apparent to Austin that his drinking is a big issue and he could lose a lot if he doesn't do something about it. When his brash and usual charm doesn't work on Julia he takes the honest approach and finds that life could actually be nice without alcohol involved. That isn't to say the road is easy. Julia's issues with trust and Austin's past behavior make it hard for her to give in to him and find happiness. It doesn't help that Austin has a few struggles throughout as he tries to win his battle over alcohol. Then little by little Julia's past shows itself and we wonder when her secret will come out and how it will affect her and the Wright family. After the chaos hits the fan and some go their own ways it seems all hope is lost - then a letter comes and with each new letter a new ray of hope builds. As hot and heated as Julia and Austin had been I honestly loved those letters and honesty so much. As important as it is to love yourself and do for yourself it is always nice to know you have the love and support of family and friends backing you up. The Wright family is nothing short of amazing when it comes to love and support !!
