Bad Boy Ballers series finale! Includes an epic novella length epilogue for Rafe and Peyton, Brooklyn and Delaney, and Calder and Reggie!
The dark horse of the NFL. A superstar showgirl on the Vegas strip. Their desire is taboo in ways you can’t even begin to imagine.
Calder Malone. Black sheep. Bad boy. Kicked off the Reno Ravens and almost suspended from the NFL. The sexy center remains a fan favorite now that he’s playing for Carolina Crush. And what Calder wants more than anything is to prove his worth to the team that’s his last chance, the family he disgraced, and the one woman he fell in love with years ago.
Unfortunately the comeback kid isn’t a boy anymore, and the babe he wants was never his for the taking—for reasons that make him question his sanity.
Reggie isn’t just a Vegas showgirl, a pretty face. She’s an Air Force widow, a strong woman who’s piecing her life back together . . . And maybe the man she always thought was out of her league and completely off-limits just became fair game.
Off the field and offstage, what happens when Calder and Reggie don't stay in Vegas?
AMIE'S 5 STAR REVIEW
The last in the series....but wait there are so many other teammates we could enjoy !!
I loved that series epilogue it was great to tie all the loose ends together and see the beautiful families being created. Rafe , Brooks and Calder were some seriously hot alpha men and I truly enjoyed their individual stories and how they came together as a team/family to achieve so many goals and happiness all around.
We met Calder when he came to the team after having really screwed up his career. As we know second chances are rare our boy Calder gets 2 in his story. He beat his struggles with addiction and is on his way to prove himself an amazing teammate BUT he still has a demon or two that he needs to face. His lose and his love... He may have seen her first but he wasn't the one that made the move to claim her. Now years later after they both suffered tragedy they come face to face and Calder has no clue what to do with his feelings of love and guilt.
Meeting Reggie was like a storm coming through and shaking things up !! She turned heads everywhere she went and had obviously decided it was time to move on with life and chase her happiness. Even if he was a part of her past and running from the same things. Reggie totally pushed Calder out of his comfort zone and she had no desire to back down , she knew what she wanted. As odd as their relationship could have felt Rie was amazing at making it feel pure and honest. As much as this was about the present time it was great to get a glimpse into their pasts to see how their relationship had started and the circumstances they had faced together and still needed to face.
True to her ways Rie stayed super hot and steamy giving us some much appreciated chemistry and I am sure some will need a cold shower after reading this !! I always blush with some of the words Rie uses and with the descriptive ways she writes some scenes !! I don't know where the inspiration comes from but WOW...
