He wants to dominate her senses—and her heart…
Quinton Ross has always been a thrill-seeker—so it’s no surprise that he’s drawn to extremes in the bedroom and at his BDSM club, Blasphemy, where he creates sense-depriving scenarios that blow submissives’ minds. Now if he could just find one who needs the rush as much as him…
When an accident leaves Cassia Locke with a paralyzing fear of the dark, she’ll try anything to get help. Ready to fight, she knows just who to ask for help—the hard-bodied, funny-as-hell Dom she’d always crushed on—and once stood up.
Quinton is shocked and a little leery to see Cassia, but he can’t pass up the chance to dominate the alluring little sub this time. Introducing her to sensory deprivation becomes his new favorite obsession, and watching her fight fear is its own thrill. But when doubt threatens to send her running again, Quinton must find a way to master her senses—and her heart.

REVIEWED BY JILL
Mastering Her Senses is the second full length book in the Blasphemy series by the exceptionally talented Laura Kaye. Each book in this series can stand alone, but I urge you to read them all as the author has brought her writing to a whole new level with these sinfully sexy reads.
Club Diablo is a three level dance club located in a renovated warehouse in Baltimore. While lucrative all on it's own, Club Diablo also hides the secret entrance to Blasphemy - an elite BDSM club that caters to those who crave something a bit different. Twelve friends who are all in the lifestyle as dominants own / operate Club Diablo & Blasphemy and each book in the series is about one of these dominants. As with any book containing BDSM many triggers could occur so please be cautious.
Cassia Locke was a regular at Blasphemy enjoying all aspects of BDSM, but after surviving a deadly accident she avoided that part of her life until now. Two years ago Cassia was working as a geologist exploring a cave with her team when it collapsed, trapping her separate from her team for two days before she was rescued. Since that time she has suffered from PTSD and can't even stand to sleep with the lights off. Cassia is hoping by rejoining the D/s lifestyle she will be able to get a handle on all her fears.
Quinton Ross owned a successful bar in Baltimore and preferred to be "in control" in the bedroom long before he ever knew what the term BDSM was. So when he became friends with other men who also preferred that control and learned all about the lifestyle the idea for Club Diablo and Blasphemy was born. A few years ago Quinton was all set to "scene" with a beautiful girl, but she never showed up and he didn't see her again until a few minutes ago when a submissive requested assistance in one of the private rooms. Needless to say Quinton is shocked and delighted to see the beautiful Cass again, but the fear in her eyes has got to go and he will do whatever it takes to make it disappear.
Everything about this edition to the series worked well for me from the characters and their chemistry to the pacing of the plot, it was all very cohesive. The intensity of their physical attraction was brought to life to set the pages on fire. Seriously can't wait to see what Master we read about next!
