5 sinfully sexy stars for - On His Knees - book four in the Blasphemy series by Laura Kaye. This book, like the others isn’t very long, but it packs a complete story that leaves you more than satisfied. The series revolves around a club that caters to a clientele that is all about BDSM. This is also a steamy MM love story so if you aren’t comfortable with man-on-man love or a considerable amount of kink you may want to pass on this gem by Ms. Kaye.
Jaime Fielding has a safe, albeit a bit boring job as a patent lawyer. With his thirtieth birthday around the corner he can’t help but feel like there is something missing from his life. After yet another failed attempt at a relationship he heads to Hard Ink to let his friend/tattooist - Jeremy - punish him for a while. Prior to leaving the shop Jeremy mentions how much Jaime likes the pain and how a masochist like him would enjoy a club like Blasphemy. Jaime having never heard the term before does intense research on masochism and finally feels like all the times he’s had those strange thoughts or odd ideas now make sense and he can’t wait to explore it all.
Alex McGarry - one of the twelve masters at Blasphemy is a true sadist that thoroughly used to enjoy playing with both male and female subs, but he has become rather jaded lately and is questioning if he wants to continue. His friend and co-dominant asks him to introduce a conditional new member to the club and show him around. Alex is annoyed with his friend when he realizes the guy is brand new to kink, but screams masochist loud and clear. Alex doesn’t want to be set up with anyone let alone someone who has no idea what he’s getting into, but this man calls to him on a visceral level that his body reacts to desperately.
This was by far my favorite in the series and since I loved them all I wish I could give it more than five stars! This one gave me all the feels - from laughing to crying and at one point even busting out a fan it was so smoking hot! Master Hale is up next and I can’t wait

Master Alex heaved a breath and peered down at Jamie with a stern, narrowed gaze. “What am I going to do with you, my little masochist?”
“Anything you want, Sir.” The response had come right from the gut. Out of his mouth before he’d even debated whether Alex had meant the question rhetorically.
“Anything I want. Indeed.” He tilted his head. “Except you’re new to all of this. So I worry—”
“No,
please,” Jamie blurted out, his hands going to Alex’s knees. “Don’t worry. Don’t be easy. I want to try everything.

A storm erupted across Master Alex’s face and settled into those dark eyes, which raked downward to where Jamie still touched him. And then the next thing Jamie knew, Alex launched himself at him, grabbed him by the neck and shoulder, and took him down flat to his back on the floor.
With one hand tight around Jamie’s throat and his knees pinning his shoulders and upper body, Master Alex loomed over him, his expression
mean. “Let me make clear how this works, little boy. I make the decisions. I set the scene. You telling me what to do is called
topping from the bottom. And I won’t have it. Do it again and it’ll earn you a red ass you won’t be able to sit on for
days.”

not the reaction he was supposed to have. And a little voice in the back of his head whispered that there was something seriously wrong with him for feeling sheer exhilaration instead of fear—to say nothing of the way his pulse throbbed in his rock-hard cock.
