I write about love, but I’ve never experienced it. Sure, I’ve been with guys that I cared about. Even thought I found ‘the one’. He turned out to be the frog and not the prince.
A few Frank Sinatra songs and a wildly handsome cowboy who calls me Darlin’, will have me second guessing everything I ever thought I knew about love.
Does happily ever after really exist…or is it only something I write about in books?
Love Profound is book two in the Cowboys and Angels series.
AMIE'S 4 STAR REVIEW
I LOVE the Parker siblings !! They are a big bunch of crazy but they love fiercely and fully. Paxton and Steed had their story and now we are getting Amelia and Wade's. Leave it to the spunky youngest Parker sibling to fall for her brother's bestie !! There are secrets , angst , HOTNESS and of course that typical swoony cowboy stuff that makes you sweat and want to move to Texas. Amelia is a writer and she can write a love story like the best of them BUT she never gets it right in real life. Now may be her chance , stand up for what you want and know that you can !!
This may be a standalone series BUT I highly suggest starting from book 1 - I love being invested in the families and friends and as the books go on you may focus on a different couple yet you always get to catch up with ones from earlier books. KE is amazing with these types of series. She has a way of connecting her characters so that you believe they are actually family. There are always real life struggles yet plenty of swooning to keep it flowing. Looking forward to book 3 which I have and can start right away !!
