Jill's Review of Mister Tonight by Kendall Ryan

From New York Times bestselling author Kendall Ryan comes a standalone romance about a swoony single dad and the new neighbor he falls for. Last night was the most embarrassing night of my life. I was THAT girl. You know, the highly intoxicated chick celebrating her thirtieth with her two best friends—the ones who are happily married. And the more I drank, the more I wanted to do something reckless to celebrate. By reckless, I meant the sexy and alluring man dressed in a business suit standing near the bar. You know his type—tall, dark, and handsome. I was sure he was out of my league, but I'd had just enough alcohol that things like that no longer seemed to matter. I'm not fat, mind you, but you can tell I like French fries, so there's that. He took me home and I enjoyed the hottest birthday sex of my life, well until it came to a screeching, and rather unwelcome halt. There's nothing quite like being interrupted mid-ride with a little voice asking: "What are you doing to my daddy?" Just kill me now…... or so I thought. Come to find out the man I rode like a bull at the rodeo is my new landlord.

REVIEWED BY JILL

4 stars for - Mister Tonight - by Kendall Ryan. A complete stand alone about a woman who never planned on finding someone special and a single dad who's primary focus is raising his little girl. There were so many laughs and even a few tears in this sweet but crazy sexy story of how they fell in love.
Kate is a celebrity gossip columnist who writes all about the crazy drama that surrounds their lives therefore she tends to keep her own relationships very brief not even minding the occasional one night variety too. While out with her closest friends for her thirtieth birthday she decides she is going home with a gorgeous man for some much needed birthday fun but she needs to find someone that "fits the bill" first. Kate sees a gorgeous man in a suit at the bar who will do quite nicely for the evening and makes her move.
Hunter works as a city planner and is a single dad to a gorgeous four year old girl. Stopping for a drink after work and seeing a gorgeous woman was a bonus but when she suggests heading to his place he realizes things are about to get rather interesting. They hit it off rather spectacularly until they are interrupted by his daughter mid hook-up since he forgot to lock the door. Thinking he would never get to see her again he is thrown for a loop when she shows up the next day looking to rent his apartment.
